This is a noise i found while listening to a recorded track that i thought sounded interesting, so i worked with it for a bit, eliminated all the extraneous noise, and amplified it to max volume without (unwanted) distortion.

Robotic voice effect using a en:vocoder. This effect is often found in film and television productions. For the technically minded, the voice is modulating a 110Hz en:sawtooth wave, which is the note A two octaves below en:A440. There is also some en:reverberation and phasing added. A machine like sound that i make with reaktor5. It make me remember the main menu of a game called thief.

Made from a recording of me fiddling with a toaster oven,(opening and closing it's door, and turning the knob) which iedited through multiple different sound software. -----------------------------------------------------------------------. This sound, like everything i upload here,is completely free for anyone to use. I hope it is useful. 🎶.

This was recorded at a home and hardware chain store. Along with the general ambiance, a recorded announcement comes over the speaker periodically, requesting that a qualified employee is needed in the "board-cutting area".

An artistic experiment searching for sound emissions and the limit of human hearing. Composed of infrasonic material that have a lot of harmonic distortion. Humans will be able to identify tones as low as 12hz. From 1000 hz the auditory system decreases. Natural and human produced infrasonic sounds is anywhere, all the time. The artistic idea was to use background noises, signal fidelity, harmonic distortion, low-frequency in order to foster a soundscape of infrasound that travels through space. Made for project that was never released. Think somebody might enjoy or use it.
